Our return policy is simple and worry-free: If you’re not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your order, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to request a return or replacement, please send us a message with your order number. In case of return, shipping expenses are not compensated unless in the event of a damaged or defective item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised items. However, if the order you received is incorrect or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Pet Gifts cannot refund to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfilment centre.
Refunds are made within 5 business days from the moment we receive the returned product, you’ll receive a relevant email notification. The refund period could be increased due to the bank’s terms on processing payments, contact your bank for details.
